I can remember this. Man, I am old. However, that must mean wise! Well, not in all cases, especially mine. It took me a while to actually start to use the platform. I remember the most viewed channel was some person with an altered voice that almost squeezed. My kids thought he was funny, well for a while. Then others started to join and create other types of content. Mostly older folks. You know how we like to take over social media platforms. It seemed I found a new form of TV, that is mostly all I used it for. I mean, the creators need viewers. It even had ads like TV. I never liked the idea of putting my pictures or face onto the World Wide Web. It scared the daylights out of me, and I was never lead to do so.

I found my community in the preppers and homesteader crowd. They never got wealthy, at least most didn't. I like to think they were never in it for the money, rather the need and love to teach others. I feel that is truly a great calling. They were and are watchers on the wall, as I like to say. It must be hard to come up with all those ideas for videos. Most of the ones I watch just show their gardens, crops and animals they tend. I am not into all the drama, even though just about everything can get entertaining. I have started a YouTube channel, mostly to upload some short wave listening I do on Sundays. It is from the BFN or the Bible Fellowship Net. And I may also upload some other things now and then if you want to check it out. I see so many bad things on the internet, I thought we need to counter that with some good things. I hope you enjoy it if you care to listen.

Now it appears that YouTube is attempting to force content creators to provide ID's. They say it is to protect children and I do want to protect our children however I believe that is the responsibility of the parents. It is sad that this is the reality today. However they make money off all of us including our children. The younger generation is the most profitable due to the time they spend online. Parents need to step up and monitor and control what media their children are exposed to.

Sorry for the lapse in uploads, it has been a rough winter. I do this mostly as a hobby and thus when I get the time. Well I pray God's blessings upon you for the future and may God bless you all.
